Parliament security breach | Such things happened in old building too: Rajnath

A day after the Parliament security breach, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh addressed the issued in the Lok Sabha.

"Everyone has condemned this incident. It was undoubtedly an unfortunate incident. But you (Speaker) immeditaley took cognizance of the matter and ordered a probe. In future, all MPs - ruling or Opposition - must be careful. Entry passes should not be given to someone who creates such chaotic situation in the Parliament," said Singh.

"Such incidents like sloganeering, hurling papers and jumping had occurred even in the old Parliament building," added Singh.

The defence minister further said that disrupting the Parliament by the Opposition in such a manner is uncalled for.
