Internet snapped in Manipur again amid outrage over students' killing

Internet services in Manipur have been suspended yet again after protests erupted over the killing two youths in the state.

As per officials, the services have been snapped for 5 days following violent protests in the Imphal region. 

Picture of bodies of two Meitie students who went missing in July this year surfaced, sparking outrage.

The government has vowed to launch a swift probe. 

Several girl students who hit the streets to register their protest were baton-charged by police. Nearly 30 students were injured in Police action.
