On camera: Man dies in Greater Noida after vehicle carrying firecrackers catches fire

One person died after a fire cracker-laden vehicle exploded in broad daylight on February 27, police said.

The incident from Uttar Pradesh's Greater Noida reportedly took place during the Jagannath Yatra, causing the death of one person and injuring another.

The e-rickshaw which had cartons full of firecrackers caught fire during the procession's fireworks, police added.

The purported footage shows an explosion on a busy street after a live firecracker dropped on the vehicle. Soon after, cartons of firecrackers can be seen sparking and flying in the air.
