As violent clashes broke out in Haryana's Nuh on July 31, a group of people rammed a public bus into a cyber police station in the town. The mob then reportedly entered the police station and vandalised it.

NDTV has reported that the attack on the police station set up just two years ago has led to concerns that it may have been an attempt to destroy proof of cyber crimes in Nuh.

The report added that Nuh is known as a hub for cyber fraud and the police had registered several cases recently.

The mob reportedly also vandalised the cars parked inside the premises.
