Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, during his interaction with the Friends of MP International group in Dubai, described Madhya Pradesh as the most progressive state in India and extended a strong investment pitch to the Indian diaspora.

Addressing the gathering on Sunday, Dr. Yadav highlighted the state’s robust policy framework and investor-friendly atmosphere. “Our government has opened all doors for investors. We have implemented 18 transparent industrial policies to ensure ease and clarity in business. Investors coming to Madhya Pradesh will face no obstacles. Come, Madhya Pradesh is calling you. Trust us and invest here—we will not fall short in returning your faith with a ‘return gift’,” he said.

He announced a major incentive for employment-generating industries, stating that the state government would offer assistance of ₹5,000 per worker per month for 10 years. For those investing in medical education, land would be allotted for just ₹1. “The government stands with investors at every step. Make Madhya Pradesh your second home—come, invest, and grow,” Dr. Yadav said.

Highlighting Madhya Pradesh’s achievements under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Chief Minister said the state has attracted investment proposals worth ₹30 lakh crore through regional conclaves and the Global Investors Summit. “For people of Madhya Pradesh, Dubai is like a second mother. Under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Madhya Pradesh is moving swiftly on the path of progress,” he said.

He praised entrepreneurs for their innovation and foresight. “Though physical diamonds are mined in Panna, the true diamonds of Madhya Pradesh are here in Dubai,” he remarked. Referring to national progress, Dr. Yadav added, “Under PM Modi, the country is progressing rapidly—supporting not only Indians but also the diaspora in difficult times.”

He lauded the BAPS Swaminarayan Temple in Dubai as a symbol of India’s cultural inclusivity. “During the COVID pandemic, India sent medicines to other countries, truly living the philosophy of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam,” he said, acknowledging Madhya Pradesh-origin entrepreneurs like Mr. Naresh Bhavnani for their contributions abroad.

Shri Jitendra Vaidya opened his remarks with chants of Baba Mahakal and praised Dr. Yadav’s humility and service-oriented politics. “He has always prioritized serving people, never alienated a single party worker, and even withdrew his student union nomination to respect his seniors,” he said.

India’s Consul General in Dubai, Shri Satish Sivan, emphasized the emotional connect of the diaspora with their homeland. “Madhya Pradesh is not just the heart of India—it is the heartbeat of the Indian diaspora here,” he said.

Additional Chief Secretary (Urban Development & Housing) Shri Sanjay Dubey noted that the state is collaborating with 13 countries to boost industrial investment. Principal Secretary (Industrial Policy & Investment Promotion) Shri Raghvendra Kumar Singh said Madhya Pradesh has received investment proposals worth ₹30.77 lakh crore at the Global Investors Summit held in February 2025.

The event was attended by senior state officials including Shri Shiv Shekhar Shukla (Culture & Tourism), Dr. Sudam Khade (Public Relations), Dr. T. Ilaiyaraja (Secretary to CM), along with prominent NRI entrepreneurs and Madhya Pradesh-origin residents based in the UAE.
