At least 10 people were swept away after an old bridge in Gujarat's Vastadi area collapsed on Sunday evening, India Today reported.
As a result of the accident, several vehicles, including a dumper and motorcycles plunged into the river.
A video from the site shows the bridge broken into two and a truck stuck in between.
The structure is nearly 40 years old and connects the National Highway to the Chura tehsil. The cause of the accident is not known yet.
