Amid heavy rain in many parts of north India, flash floods reportedly hit Thunag area in Himachal Pradesh.

A scary video of the deluge emerged from the Mandi district on July 10. It showed a barrage of water cascading down a slope, and also a strong flow of water flooding the streets in a settled area.

The flash flood was caused by a cloudburst in the region, officials reportedly said.
