With rain wreaking havoc in many parts of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, a building of the Doon Defence College was washed away on the morning of August 14.
The building collapsed due to the devastating impact of an overflowing River Bandal. The incident occurred in Dehradun's Maldevta.
