A horrific video apparently recorded in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh is circulating on social media.
It shows a speeding car running over a man sitting in the middle of the road. The car continued to move for some distance with the victim being dragged underneath.
The victim did not survive the accident. The incident occurred at around 1:30 am on July 19, as per reports.
Police detained 40-year-old Saurabh Sharma, and said that the victim was yet to be identified.
