With tens of thousands expected to take part in the 'kisan mahapanchayat' in Delhi on 20 March 2023, police in the national capital claimed to have made adequate security preparations.
More than 2,000 cops are being deployed to maintain law and order at the Ramlila Maidan.
The Delhi Traffic Police also issued an advisory for motorists, asking them to avoid roads around the Ramlila Maidan, especially JLN Marg from Delhi Gate to Ajmeri Gate Chowk.
