In a distressing incident, a bus travelling from Punjab to Jammu and Kashmir fell into a deep gorge in the Union Territory on May 30, 2023.
At least 8 people died, while 20 were injured in the accident, as per initial reports.
The Amritsar-to-Katra bus fell into a gorge in Jajjar Kotli area.
The vehicle was reportedly carrying pilgrims to the Vaishno Devi shrine.
