In a horrific incident, a 25-year-old woman who was feeding a stray dog by the footpath in Chandigarh was run over by a speeding SUV, according to the NDTV.
As per the report, the incident which took place on January 14 2023, late at night was caught on camera. The CCTV footage of the accident shows the victim, Tejashwita feeding a stray dog when a speeding SUV rams into her head-on. The woman was thrown into the air before she falls near a car.
Tejashwita's mother, who was reportedly at a distance feeding other dogs rushed to her help and informed police. Tejashwita is reportedly recovering in a hospital. However, the SUV driver is still at large, reported the NDTV.
