Car rams into crowd during religious event in UP's Sitapur; 8-month-old killed, 14 injured

In a distressing incident in Uttar Pradesh, a car was driven into a crowd of devotees, killing an 8-month-old child, and injuring at least 14 people.

The incident occurred in Mudia village in Sitapur, during a Bhagwat Katha event.

Police said that a man named Rajnish was driving the car. He was allegedly drunk, and didn't realise that the car was running, before he rammed into the crowd, police said.
