Karnataka: 2 Bajrang Dal activists held for provocative speech, calling for violence

Two Bajrang Dal leaders were booked for allegedly delivering provocative speeches during a public event in the Udupi district of Karnataka.

The speech was delivered on August 13 during the ‘Akhand Bharat Sankalp’ programme organised by the Bajrang Dal unit in Karkala town of the district.

A video of their speech which was given after the rally concluded went viral on the internet. The police took suo motu action and booked the accused and arrested them.

During the speech, the accused allegedly asked the party activists to assault the individuals involved in cow slaughter.
