Multiple buildings in Jammu & Kashmir's Doda district have reportedly developed cracks similar to what was recently seen in Uttarakhand's Joshimath.

In footage shared by the news agency ANI, several houses can be seen with cracks. As many as 6 buildings have been affected so far.

The development has pushed locals into a state of panic.

Doda's SDM was quoted as saying that the area is gradually sinking and the authorities are trying to find a solution as soon as possible.
