The Indian diaspora in New York organised a very colourful welcome for Prime Minister Narendra Modi outside his hotel.
From dancing and singing to customised clothes, the expats pulled out all stops. A couple of them were even seen wearing jackets with the prime minister's face on them.
The prime minister shortly greeted the crowd gathered outside his New York hotel before going inside and meeting some more.
