Prime Minister Narendra Modi's mother died at the age of 100 in Gujarat's Ahmedabad.
Heeraben Modi, breathed her last two days after she was admitted to a multi-speciality hospital due to health issues.
Paying tribute to his mother, PM shared her photo on Twitter and wrote, ''A glorious century rests at the feet of God... In Maa I have always felt that trinity, which contains the journey of an ascetic, the symbol of a selfless Karmayogi and a life committed to values.''
