A photo of Prime Minister Narendra Modi serving food at a langar is being widely shared with a false claim that the vessel the prime minister was seen holding was empty.

Several videos going viral on social media claimed that the Prime Minister on his visit to Patna Sahib gurudwara on May 13, 2024 did not perform langar seva but was in fact only posing for photographers.

However, as per a fact check done by BOOM, visuals from PM Modi's visit clearly show him serving food from a bucket with kheer in it.

BOOM in its fact check report on May 15, 2024 said it verified visuals posted by ANI where PM  can be clearly seen serving food to devotees.
