The Supreme Court has asked the State Bank of India to submit 'complete data' on the electoral bonds issued from 2019 to 2024. The top court asked SBI to also give the electoral bond numbers to the Election Commission along with the data on donors and recipients.

The SBI has submitted 2 separate lists to the poll panel - one with the names of the donors and another with the names of political parties. The electoral bond numbers will help match the buyer of each bond with its recipients.
