ED issues fresh summon to Delhi CM Kejriwal in liquor policy case

The Enforcement Directorate on  December 18, summons the Aam Aadmi Chief, Arvind Kejriwal in the Delhi Liquor Police Case.

The Enforcement Directorate has issued a fresh summon to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and has asked him to report for questioning on December 21 in the Excise policy-linked money laundering case. 

In November 2023,  the agency asked the AAP chief to appear before the agency on November 2, However, Kejriwal didn't show up saying the summon issued to him was 'Vague, motivated and unsustainable in law'.


The two big leaders of the AAP Maniosh Sisodia and Sanjay Singh have already been arrested in the same case and are currently under investigation.
