An Air India flight from Delhi to San Francisco allegedly got delayed by more than 20 hours. Taking to social media X, frustrated passengers complained that they were made to board the plane without proper air conditioning, causing some flyers to faint.  The flight was originally scheduled to take off at 3:20 on the 30th of May,  but it will depart on the 31st of May at 11 am.

A user named Abhishek Sharma claimed that they were allowed to deboard the plane only after some passengers fainted.

Another user Shweta Punj shared her plight on X tagging Civial Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, saying that the treatment meted out to the passengers was inhuman.

Another social media user named Amadro also took to X to raise his grievance and said his “mother has been stuck there”. He claimed that “no dinner” and “assistance of any kind” were provided to the passengers.
