Student groups take to streets over NEET paper leak, UGC-NET cancellation

Various student groups staged a protest in the national capital Delhi on Thursday demanding the scrapping of the National Testing Agency in a row over the cancellation of the UGC-NET examination and NEET exam paper leak, among other irregularities.

Members of the Left student wing AISA protested outside Shastri Bhawan over NEET and UGC-NET issues.

Members of another student youth wing NSUI also protested outside Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan's official residence in New Delhi over the alleged irregularities in the NTA.

The protesters were later detained by the police.
