Delhi pollution: odd-even rule for vehicles from November 13-20

The odd-even policy for vehicles in Delhi will be implemented for a week from November 13 to curb pollution. 

The announcement was made by Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai on November 6 as the city continued to choke with its air quality in 'severe' category.
