Delhi Police at Arvind Kejriwal's residence to serve notice in 'MLA poaching' allegations

A Delhi Police crime branch team arrived at Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's residence on Saturday, February 3, 2024 morning to serve him a notice in connection with a probe over his claim that the BJP was trying to buy AAP MLAs, an official said.

The development comes after the crime branch team visited the residences of Kejriwal and cabinet minister Atishi on Friday, to serve them notices regarding the same. The two leaders, however, did not accept the notices.

Last week, the AAP had alleged the BJP has offered Rs 25 crore each to seven of its MLAs to quit the party while also threatening to topple the Kejriwal government.

Kejriwal had made the allegations in a post on X.
