Delhi hit and drag case| MHA directs Delhi Police to suspend those on duty in PCR, pickets

The Home Ministry has asked the Delhi Police to file a chargesheet against the culprits at the earliest in the January 1 hit-and-drag case.

Taking cognisance of the report on the case, the MHA has suggested the Delhi Police Commissioner to suspend the police personnel deployed in three PCRs and at two police pickets.

The MHA has also suggested the Delhi Police Commissioner to issue a show cause notice against the investigation officer, considering the lack of investigation.
