A school in Delhi was evacuated after it received a bomb threat on 12 April 2023. The bomb squad was called after The Indian School in Sadiq Nagar received the threat via email.

However, this is not the first time that the school has faced such a situation.

A similar threat was issued to the institute just 5 months ago, in November 2022. The modus operandi was the same, with an email being sent at 1:14 pm.

Police were called and the premises were thoroughly searched, but no explosive was found.

The email had been labelled a hoax, with a police report saying that it looked like "mischief".
