The Indian School in Delhi asked parents to 'urgently' come and pick up their children after the administration received a bomb threat via an email on Wednesday morning.

Anindita Chakravarty, mother of a Class 11 student said, 'We were asked to come to pick up the children urgently. The school didn't specify a reason. Some people are saying there is a fire in a lab, some are saying there is a bomb. But a lot of children are worried. In some cases both parents are working, how will they come to pick up the children?'

Nikhil Agarwal, whose son studies in Class 3, said he was relieved that his son is with him.

'We were told it is an emergency situation and nothing else. We panicked. My son is with me now,' Agarwal said.
