As the Indian and Chinese troops clashed along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in the Tawang sector of Arunachal Pradesh on December 9, the Opposition Congress has planned to raise the issue in Parliament on Tuesday and sought Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s reply to it in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha.
