Days after Indian and Chinese forces clashed along the Line of Actual Control in Arunachal Pradesh's Tawang, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has claimed that the Modi govt is misreading Beijing's intentions.
"China is preparing for war, not for an incursion. See their pattern of weapons. Our government is not accepting it. The government of India is working on events, not on strategy," Gandhi said.
