ISRO's latest update has confirmed that the Chandrayaan-3 mission is on schedule to attempt a soft landing on the Moon today.
In a tweet on August 22, the space agency stated that all systems are undergoing regular checks and that smooth sailing is ongoing.
The space agency also shared images of the moon, captured by the Lander Position Detection Camera from an altitude of about 70 km, on August 19 and 20, 2023.
ISRO announced that the live telecast of the landing operations will commence at 5:20 p.m. on August 23.
