India's space agency shared a major update regarding the Chandryaan 3 mission on August 16.
ISRO said that the spacecraft had successfully completed its lunar-bound manoeuvres by entering an orbit of 153 kilometres by 163 kilometres.
The space agency said that it is now preparing for the Propulsion and Lander Modules to undertake their separate journeys.
The Lander Module is expected to separate from the Propulsion Module on August 17.
