RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat has claimed that before the British took over 70% of India's population was educated and there was nearly no unemployment. He went to add that Britishers were only 17% educated but after coming to India they implemented their education system here and India's education sytem in Britain.
He further said that India slowly became 17% educated and Britain became 70% educated.
