BJP's Nishikant Dubey took a dig at Rahul Gandhi as he initiated the no-confidence motion debate in the Lok Sabha from the government's side.
Rahul Gandhi was supposed to begin the debate proceedings for the Congress but when Speaker Om Birla called on Gaurav Gogoi there was chaos in House.
