Mafia-turned politician Atiq Ahmed was killed along with his brother Ashraf Ahmed in UP's Prayagraj on Saturday night.
Atiq and his brother were shot mutiple times in Uttar Pradesh Police's presence when they were speaking with media while being escorted by cops.
Videos from just before the firing show Atif and Ashraf handcuffed and walking next to each other.
Following the shocking shootout, UP Police have claimed to have nabbed 3 assailants involved in the killing.
While a journalist from a news agency was injured after he well during the chaos, a constable sustained bullet injury in the firing. The cops are interrogating the assailants.
