At least 8 children killed in Bihar as speeding truck ploughs into religious procession

At least 12 people including eight children were killed on Sunday night after a truck rammed into a roadside settlement in Bihar's Vaishali district. 
The villagers in Vaishali district's Mehnar village had assembled at the local temple, when the truck travelling at high speed mowed them down.
