Uttarkhand Police on Saturday filed a charge sheet against three persons including Pulkit Arya, son of expelled BJP leader Vinod Arya accused in the murder of Ankita Bhandari.
The body of the 19 year old Bhandari, who worked as a receptionist at a resort run by Pulkit Arya was recovered from a canal in Rishikesh on September 24.
Arya, manager Saurabh Bhaskar, and assistant manager Ankit Gupta were arrested for allegedly pushing her into the canal following an altercation.
She was reported missing for at least six days before the officials found her body.
