Amid criticism by the Opposition over being kept in the dark about the main agenda of the special session of the Parliament, the government will hold an all party meeting at 4.30 PM today to brief them about the five-day session.
Besides the discussion on Parliamentary Journey of 75 years, the other listed business during the session includes the contentious CEC & EC Bill.
The session is also likely to see the proceedings of Parliament moving from the old building to the new Parliament building.
Meanwhile, the Congress made it clear Saturday that it will oppose the CEC Bill, charging that it was aimed at “undermining” the independence of the poll body.
