A.R. Rahman to Hema Malini and lyricist Santosh Anand, industry celebrities ranging from actors to singers took a moment to look back on fond memories with the legendary Lata Mangeshkar.
Hema Malini recalled her yesteryear days, saying that it was her honour to be able to perform on songs sung by Lata ji. While A.R. Rahman delved into lessons he got when he worked and conversed with the iconic singer.
Lyricist Santosh Anand, whose song Ek Pyaar Ka Nagma Hai was sung by Lata Mangeshkar, shed tears in her remembrance, 'I was born in her era and she sang songs written by me. It was my greatest honour.'
