India’s daily coronavirus caseload witnessed a further dip, as 120,529 Covid-19 cases were recorded in the last 24 hours, the Union Health Ministry data showed on Saturday morning. For the twelfth straight day the country saw a positive rate below 10 per cent. India has recorded over 2.86 crore Covid cases so far.
The country reported 3,380 death during the 24 hour period.
Active Covid cases in the country have dipped to 15.55 lakh. After Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh have the highest number of infections.
22.41 crore vaccine doses have been administered so far in India so far.
