'Independence' declaration: FIR against Manipur dissident leaders

Imphal: A day after the announcement of formation of a Manipur 'government in exile' by two self-styled leaders at a press conference in London, a case has been registered against the duo -- Narengbam Samarjit Singh and Yamben Biren -- at Lamphel Police Station in Manipur's Imphal West district on Wednesday.
