IAS officer Chandni Chandran on Tuesday posted a picture on twitter recalling how in 2016, a newspaper publication printed a picture of her with her then boyfriend, now husband, Arun Sudarsan.
At that time, she said she was one of the many UPSC aspirants and could not clear her examination. She feared that the picture would lead to 'uncomfortable conversations' at home.
Thus, Sudarsan called up the publication and complained because they weren’t married at that time.
Chandran then said that she got married to Sudarsan after she became an IAS officer.
Recently, she remembered about the picture. She mentioned the photographer in her tweet and thanked him for sending them a copy of the picture.
