Happy to join any probe into border clashes: Assam CM after Mizoram police's FIR

After Mizoram police filed an FIR against him, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted that while he is happy to join any investigation into Monday's clashes along the border between the two states, the case should be given to a neutral agency. 

He added that he had already spoken to Mizoram CM about transferring the case to neutral agency since the clashes had taken place well within the territory of Assam. 

Mizoram police has filed an FIR against Biswa and 6 top Assam officials following clashes over border dispute on July 26 hat left at least seven people from Assam dead and more than 50 people injured.
