Alia released the poster on social media and wished the director. The teaser shows Alia looking fierce as a sex worker who was pushed into prostitution at an early age. The movie traces her journey as the head of a brothel and a political leader of Kamathipura. Based on a chapter from Hussain Zaidi's book 'Mafia Queens of Mumbai', 'Gangubai Kathiawadi' will hit screens on July 30.
