Shilpa Shetty's Ganesh Chaturthi celebration photos always make it to the headlines. This year has been tough for the actress, after her businessman-husband Raj Kundra's arrest in the porn scandal.
But just like she put up a brave front and returned to work, Shilpa was spotted on Wednesday afternoon bringing home a Lord Ganpati idol, to kickstart the festivities.

Shilpa has been trying to resume normalcy and has also started shooting for reality show, 'Super Dancer 4' where she is a judge. On the film front, Shilpa was last seen in 'Hungama 2' alongside Paresh Rawal and Meezaan Jaffery that released on an OTT platform.

Throughout the controversy surrounding her husband Raj Kundra's arrest, Shilpa Shetty has chosen to maintain a dignified silence. In a statement, she said, the past few days have been challenging, on every front, adding that there have been a lot of rumours and accusations, and a lot of unwarranted aspersions on her cast by the media.
Shilpa says she will continue to refrain from commenting on the case, as it is sub-judice, and asked fans and the media to stop attributing false quotes on her behalf.

Raj Kundra was arrested on July 19 by the Mumbai Police for being a 'key conspirator' in allegedly producing and distributing pornographic films. He continues to be in judicial custody.
