As the second leg of the IPL resumes in UAE from September 19, BCCI has confirmed that a limited number of fans will be allowed to watch the games in stadiums.
The remaining IPL matches will be played across three venues in the UAE, that is Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi and all three venues will have limited seating available, keeping in mind the Covid-19 protocols in the UAE. Tickets for the matches will be available from September 16.
This will be the first time that IPL will open its doors for the fans. The tournament was played in empty stadiums in UAE in 2020 and then behind closed doors during the India leg of the 2021 season.
