Actor Nassar, who is a prominent face in Tamil and Telugu cinema and is best known for his role in S S Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali,’ has reportedly decided to quit acting due to health reasons. According to a report in Times of India, the actor suffered from heart problems during the pandemic and he’s planning to take a break from his acting career.
Earlier, in an interview with a media house, Nassar mentioned he would move away from the cinema.

Nassar made his acting debut in 1985 with K. Balachander's ‘Kalyana Agathigal.’ His breakthrough role came through his performance in Mani Ratnam's 1987 film ‘Nayakan’ in which he featured as a police officer. Following this, he went on to act in several Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi films.
