‘RRR’ star Ram Charan and his wife Upasana Konidela are expecting their first child together. His father, superstar Chiranjeevi shared the news on Twitter on Monday along with a photo of Lord Hanuman.
The actor tweeted, ‘With the blessings of Shri Hanuman Ji, we are delighted to share that Upasana & Ram Charan are expecting their first child. With love & gratitude Surekha & Chiranjeevi Konideli, Shobana & Anil Kamineni (sic).’
Ram shared his father’s post on his Twitter account with red heart and folded hands emojis.
The comment section is filled with congratulatory messages for the couple.
Ram Charan and Upasana tied the knot in Hyderabad in 2012. They reportedly met at a sports club over a decade ago and eventually fell in love.
On the work front, Ram Charan is currently shooting for his next film with director Shankar, titled ‘RC 15’. The project also stars Kiara Advani. He also announced his new project with director Buchi Babu Sana which is believed to be a sports drama.
