After months of speculations, actor-producer Niharika Konidela has confirmed her divorce from Chaitanya Jonnalagadda.
She issued a statement on social media on July 5, mentioning that they have mutually parted ways.
Niharika wrote, ‘Chaitanya and I have decided to mutually part ways and ask for kindness and sensitivity as we move on. Thank you to my family and friends who have been pillars of support.’
Calling her life post-divorce ‘new normal,’ Niharika said, ‘I request some privacy for us to navigate this new normal in private. Thank you for understanding.’

Niharika, sister of actor Varun Tej, got married to Chaitanyan in 2020 in Udaipur.
Many celebrities including Ram Charan, Allu Arjun, and Pawan Kalyan attended her wedding.
The marriage was arranged by the family.
Chaitanya, son of a Guntur Inspector General of Police J Prabhakar Rao, is an IT professional.
Niharika started her career as a TV anchor and later ventured into acting with ‘Oka Manasu’ (2016).
‘Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren’, ‘Happy Wedding’, ‘Suryakantham’, and ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’ are other films of Niharika.
