Allu Arjun Granted Interim Bail in Hyderabad Stampede Case

The Telangana High Court has granted interim bail to actor Allu Arjun in connection with the tragic stampede at Hyderabad’s Sandhya Theatre during the premiere of Pushpa 2: The Rule on December 4. The stampede resulted in the death of Revathi, a 39-year-old woman, and left her son critically injured.

Arjun, who was earlier remanded to 14 days in judicial custody, was arrested alongside charges against his security team and the theatre management for negligence. The High Court emphasized his fundamental rights while expressing condolences to the victim’s family.

The case continues to spark debates on accountability, with the Opposition criticizing his arrest as politically motivated.
