While BLACKPINK's comeback feels like a distant dream, group members Lisa and Rosé surprised fans with their recent collaboration. The duo were recently seen taking the ROCKSTAR challenge. This comes days after the release of Lisa's comeback track 'ROCKSTAR', which also marked the Thai singer's first project following her departure from YG Entertainment last year. Lisa debuted as a soloist in 2021 with her single album, 'LALISA'.
Rosé joined her fellow BLACKPINK member Lisa for the ROCKSTAR challenge. The K-pop stars were seen showing off their moves to Lisa's recently released peppy track. Lisa took to her official TikTok account to share the video of the two dancing to ROCKSTAR. For the fun collab, Lisa was dressed in a white crop top paired with matching pants and layered her outfit with a denim jacket. Rose, meanwhile, kept it stylish in a black and gold jacket, paired with a mini skirt. Both wore sunglasses in the video.
Ever since Lisa shared the video, BLINKS have been demanding BLACKPINK to make their much-anticipated comeback. The group released their last album, 'Born Pink', in 2022 before embarking on their World Tour.
Just a few days ago, Lisa debuted her solo fandom name, 'Lilies', and also teased her new 'ROCKSTAR' era, promising fans that this is just the beginning and there's a lot more in the store. She took to her Instagram and shared a lengthy heartfelt post alongside a few new pictures of her 'ROCKSTAR' avatar. "I’m so thrilled that I can finally share my new single ROCKSTAR with you guys. I’ve been working on this project for quite some time and I had so much fun while preparing this. Thank you for your patience and I’m really happy to celebrate this together with you all. Thank you @rcarecords and @wearelloud team for making this happen. Thank you Lilies for your love and support. It has been 3 years since my last song so I hope you guys enjoy ROCKSTAR era as much as I do. PS. This is just the start! A lot more coming so please stay tuned," Lisa wrote.
